Dominic attained a 360 knowledge and skills of industry before setting up his own media agency in 2003. After 13 years of consistency growth and growing the business to annual pre-tax profits of £4m Dominic sold his equity stake to Dentsu the global communications group in 2016 and staying on for a further two years managing a team of over 100 people as Managing Partner.
