About Dominic
Dominic Geary is a 30-year veteran of the advertising media industry. Having worked in full service, direct marketing, and media only agencies. Dominic has attained a 360 knowledge and perspective of the industry.
In 2003 he established his own media agency drawing on his first-hand knowledge and experience and identifying an opportunity in the marketplace for an alternatively positioned agency. Balancing the benefit of both a media network and an independent media agency the business quickly forged success.
At that time, he was an early adopter of digital marketing and launched a dedicated team for data reporting and analytics and was at the forefront of data science delivery in the industry. After 13 years of consistency growth and growing the business to annual pre-tax profits of £4m Dominic sold his equity stake to Dentsu the global communications group. He worked for Dentsu for a further two years managing a team of over one hundred people as Managing Partner.
Being a well-respected figure within the industry with excellent business management, marketing strategy and new business capabilities, and he has also been a guest lecturer at Leeds University business School.
